Express TAP Application	Used to apply for TAP online
FAFSA	Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Must complete one in order to receive a financial aid package. Must complete FAFSA annually. Federal School Code - 002885
Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan MPN	Formal Agreement between the borrower and lender - this version of the MPN expires 4/30/2019
Federal Direct Stafford Subsidized & Unsubsidized Loan MPN	Formal Agreement between the borrower and lender - this version of the MPN expires 4/30/2019
Personal Identification Number	Federal PIN number is used to complete and sign FAFSA electronically - a PIN is required to access your existing FAFSA Application
Special Circumstances 2017-18	Complete to request a formal review of a special circumstance in your life for the 2017-18 award year
Verification Forms	A student's FAFSA may be selected for review in a process called verification. If a student is selected for verification, s/he will be notified by the Office of Financial Aid and be required to fill out the designated forms on the ACPHS Financial Aid web site.

W-4	Federal payroll documentation required from all student employees
